OUR STORY

If you are reading this I feel sory for you. This is really boring so let me save you the time and get off here and back to the good stuff......... BEER!!!!!!!!!!

Just the 3 of us, we can make it if we try!

Us three (Mark, Stu & Ed) started out this project from the trusty garden shed and we are pleased that we can offer you a taste, that we feel, wins hands down to all others!

Ed Grigg; 34

You will mostly find him stuck in doing an obscene amount of college work, however there was only so many times he could sit in his room looking at biology books, so he recently decided to embark on the Real Ale journey with Bad Idea Beers.

This was before he went stir crazy or ran out of money after numerous impulse buys to raise morale. He recently bought a life size ET (not his finest moment).

"I hope you all like the beers as much as I have enjoyed making and drinking them.  I'm currently studying to pursue a career as a nurse. That's the idea anyway, unless I win the lottery then I'm opening a micro pub/boardgames shop! Or buying a robot... I'll probably buy a robot".

Stuart Dempsey; 31

Born in Hertfordshire and raised in the chav haven of Stevenage, which gave him absolutely no class or taste in anything ...

After moving to Welwyn Garden City, he has a taste for the finer things in life, well you say finer; we actually mean Real Beer!

By day, he an Implementation Consultant for IBM and is slowly waiting for that moment they branch away from technology and into the brewing industry.

Lifelong Chelsea fan, he has since retired from Sunday League Football but is still a Cricketer and loves a swing on the Golf course. A geek at heart, Stuart loves Ales, Board Games, Aviation and Rollercoasters.

He also loves his food ... but that was obvious...

Mark Steff; 29

The youngster of the group. Born and bread in Welwyn Garden City apart from a 3 year stint at Leeds University where he studied Architectural & Structural Engineering (which has been of no help in life what so ever, especially as now he is a Recruitment Manager).

Officially a dyslexic, but we just concider him "special" you will be gratefull to know he has no involvement in the spelling or writting on the website or lables!

"When I was doing Engineering at Uni I was told that I needed to concentrate more on my studies than going out drinking beer all the time as I couldn't live that way! Being part of owning a brewery we shall see if I can".
